Every member should know the books are open to us all. We don’t believe in hidden agendas, and believe in sharing knowledge with members.
Mending the relationship between our union and Penn State

You can’t have a union without members, and you can’t have a union without an employer. We believe in working and negotiating in good faith, not with hostility.
Empowering ALL members

We hope to inspire ALL members to lead, grow and be more involved. Regardless of your position or background.
Listen, support and challenge

We’re going to listen to you, support you, and challenge you. We encourage all members to listen, support and challenge us as well. We can move forward knowing we make decisions collectively, not independently

Our members and their futures at Penn State are in our best interest. We’ll continue to fight for contracts that provide job security, strong benefits and fair wages.
We’ll fight for continued apprenticeships, temporary transfer positions and on-the-job trainings.
As a member, you have a voice and a right to use it. We’ll fight for our members to be heard and listened to, no matter the situation.
